Any retail outlet that would take a return under those conditions deserves to go Out of business.
Still don’t understand why Nina would remove the packaging if she didn’t want it..
He should have retrieved the packaging before returning the charger. It was only a few minutes when Nina opened it.
He should have told Nina to use it or return it herself.
