He’s waiting for Balto to haul in the saving votes by dogsled from Barrow. And Mary Landrieu began her runoff campaign by slandering her opponent about his whereabouts after Hurricane Katrina(He was saving lives in a makeshift hospital in Baton Rouge.) But Holy Barry still thinks he runs everything.
