Baby strollers do have brakes. Although how well they would hold after a lab puppy of her age jumps into it at full force while it is sitting on the edge of hill….
Wheels too small for a proper Pram. Dad is just going to have to run faster.and hope by the good graces there is someone at the bottom of the hill to stop the stroller. … Maybe Snout?

Strollers do have emergency brakes. They’re called “trees”.
