As a young teen, I knew I was beginning to “grow up” when the requirement for a nap at Summer Camp went from rotten! to “Hey, great idea!”
I never liked naps until I was in college. Since then, I’ve loved ’em.
As someone who suffers from chronic depression, naps are my best friend and have been for years!
