Agreed. WIll the CBC whip up it up good? Or will the usually calm Canadian temperament prevail? Methinks the latter. Get that Maple Leaf back up there, it wasn’t even scratched.
Canadians are not naïve – we know we are not immune to gun violence. This is the price we pay to support the “war on terror.” Or to put it another way, the support of the U.S. invasion of the Middle East to control commerce and oil resources.

Unlike in the U.S., the Candadian P.M. announced: “Canada is not afraid.”
Maybe the fact they actually have bears, grizzly and polar, wolves, and other wild critters they aren’t afraid of, is part of the philosophy?
