What, you thought this guy was hired to wear a lab coat and look penetratingly at some beakers full of chemicals? That’s so endearingly simplistic! And I guess the Surgeon General is supposed to run from hospital to hospital transplanting organs, right?
(Say, why don’t we have a Surgeon General? Obama nominated his choice a year ago. Oh, that’s right. His nominee has the silly idea that guns impact health.)
Three cases of Ebola in the U.S., one patient acquired the disease in Liberia, and two patients treated him, in the SAME HOSPITAL! The disease has NOT migrated outside that small pool of potential, and even the folks who spent days living with “patient zero” may be released tomorrow because NONE have shown any Ebola symptoms.
This “crisis” actually DOES need a PR and management guy, not another doctor, well maybe a “psychiatry czar”?

Wasn’t it John McCain who called for President Obama to appoint an Ebola Czar?

This appointment makes me think that Obama is actually a republican plant, trying to destroy the democratic party from the inside.
