Must have been a very interesting school day!!

Typical 10-year-old-boy! I was a tomboy at that age, so it sounded good to 10-year-old-me, too!

I remember bending pencils over a radiator; the body was made of a composite that became flexible when heated. The curved pencil was handy because when it was placed on an inclined desktop it did not roll off.

Very productive!

That look on his face in the third panel sure looks like some ones been sniffing glue!

Back when I was a student, a wise man told me “Never let your classes interfere with your education”

I wonder if he stuck all those under his desk…

The rubber-like stickum on the back of some mail labels is also snot like, but dry. Reusable, too. Collect it in waxed paper and keep handy. :-)
