it’s called a stalking horse.

I like Joe Biden. Because not only does he say what is on his mind, he’s almost always right.

I hope he runs. He’ll probably lose but it will still make for one of the more interesting presidential races in years.

He just told the truth, and called out our “allies” for their actions, or lack of actions to control, terrorism. Those allies he mentioned weren’t the only ones he could have cited.

I’ve never been able to find Joe’s faux pas as damaging to the country as almost anything “W” said as policy, deliberately.
