I went back to find strips featuring Meg when she was younger to compare. I really thought her hair was different then. I found the arc where she fell off the shrimp boat and Gene first realized how much he cared. The first couple weeks of August 2010. Her hair and features were the same though she was drawn younger. Some how she was cuter then. I thought her hair used to be the same color as ML’s, but I couldn’t find any strips so must be my faulty memory.

Gene, are you asking to verify or are you really that clueless. Now is the time to learn how the younger repeat what the older say and do before the younger ages into the rebellious teens.

Kids change, they grow up…even comic strip kids. JJ has been fiddling with Meg’s design since he first drew her back in 2008.

I use dot hear that in American films, but I never understood it either, until I learned that in some European languages the handles of pitchers are called “ears”.
