Not me, after over 40 years of getting up at 5am I now rarely get up before 9:30. It took me about a week to adjust to that time. I’m no longer groggy throughout the day like I was when I worked!
Yes every night of the year, and in the colder months I wear two pairs socks, and that’s with bed covers. I started when I was in my 40’s, I have Raynaud’s or something like that.
I worked for over 40 years getting up before well before sunrise, and felt like crap and was always sleepy, especially in the afternoon. Now retired, I don’t get up before 9:30 and I feel great all day.
I always thought they were retired, but if he’s lucky it’s on a Monday and unhappy that it’ll be on a Wednesday, he must still have a job. I’m retired and I don’t really care what day a holiday falls on, I’m off them all!
Thankfully, I’m different. Over 40 years of getting up at 5 AM, when I retired almost 3 years ago it took me about a month to learn to sleep in. Now I rarely get up before 9:30!!
64 for me, 43 for us.
