I missed something somewhere…where did the helmet come from?

ummmmmmmmmm………..I still didn’t understand…….y did she scream.?????????and HELMET………???????

How’d she do that? Where did the helmet come from? If Lio weren’t such a good boy he’d just let her go….

Why does she look like Lio’s new fish in the second panel? and she grew some extra teeth too.. is she channeling Leopold from Scary Gary?

This is Lio’s niece we are talking about. It may be better to not know where the German style helmet came from. At least she is being safe by wearing a helmet.

I’m taking a wild stab here, but I’m wondering if that wasn’t a “Wilhelm Scream” that Bubbles did - hence the German helmet? A big stretch, I know…only thing I could think of…
