That sounds like something an idiotic politician would say. Just send the troops in and let them do their jobs without interference from dumbass politicians, and we’ll win the battles.

We will not win over there as long as “holy men” are leading their countries. Will tanks ever conquer religion?

We tried to control Libya without boots on the ground with similar results.

With Islamic State swallowing Iraq, thanks to Obama removing troops and ignoring the Bush “standing troops” plan after the normal pullout, why is Obama sending more Boots on the Ground to fight ebola in Africa???-(how does the military forces “conquer” an illness?)

^Disgusted: with support for local governments with medical and MP units, they can do a lot more good in Africa, than Iraq and Syria. ISIL hasn’t hardly swallowed Iraq, but if we could just keep the 300,000 or so in the Iraqi Army to stand up, instead of pretend they’re French, it would help a lot.

“How can a nation that is afraid to discipline their children discipline the world?”I wholeheartedly agree. The day you can’t discipline your kids by leaving lacerations on their behind and tender parts and stuff leaves into their mouths, the terrorist have truly won!!

“Ask a democrat if they served.”Or George W Bush, Dick Cheney, or any of the Republican chicken hawks.Fun fact: John Boehner was discharged from the Navy eight weeks after joining due to a “bad back.”

denis: 1st Cav, ‘Nam, 66-67. Son served 13 years Navy, like me, a disabled veteran. Nixon’s folks lost my records to screw me over, "W"’s folks at the Pentagon screwed my son, even though he’s retired on disability.

Which, I find it interesting that when I point out here on these pages that I’m a vet, and disabled, and so is my son, the chickenhawks tend to find fault with that, because to them, I’m just a “liberal”. (social-true, but very conservative on fiscal end, which no Republican has actually been since Ike.)
