martens misses all her friends: Obviously you noted that Scalia’s number one and two arguments why capital punishment is necessary just got exonerated on iron-clad evidence. Four things are required for tyranny: capital punishment, conscription, censorship, and official prejudice. The only one we don’t have is on the books ready to be used as it has in the past.

martens misses all her friends: I haven’t heard any comment from Scalia on that. Has he said “oops” yet? Or is he still waiting permission from the Koch brothers?
