Just a few days ago, something like this happened to me. I had listened to messages and navigated thru menu choices and was at the point where I’m about to be waiting in the queue to talk with someone and a message comes on about “would I mind if someone called back within 30 minutes to ask some questions about my experience with their customer support”. Before I even had a chance to push 1 for yes or 2 for no, I heard “we’re sorry, your call could not be completed” (Dialtone). So, back I went thru the messages and menu choices to get the same blasted message and (Dialtone). So, I tried a trick I knew of the next time. While that #*!&% message was playing, I started punching the Zero button(Operator). Sure enough, I got a message about “someone would be with me shortly”. That’s a good trick to remember, folks!

Ticketmaster telephone help line is my fiend. But once you get through the dropped calls, waiting on hold for almost forever and the yelling at the automated service and finally get a live person….. The live person is very nice. Very helpful. And deserves our thanks and courtesy.

I’m seeing a trend here. I’m wondering if Glenn McCoy has been having a problem with “Smears”. I posted yesterday’s comic on Sears’ facebook page, but they deleted it. I wonder why?
