Right, I called “Smears” because our Fridge wasn’t working, Guy couldn’t find anything wrong. After hounding them, they took it back. Come to find out, the factory forgot to put insulation on the sides! Big clue: the sides had rusted!

Smears replaced mom’s new washer & dryer twice and then had to fix something before things were right. Her dryer, then the washer started “starting” without turning on the power. Got really bad when the dryer would turn on after the plug was pulled. … talk about ghost in the machine! lol

If you want to know about all the problems Sears is having, go to facebook/sears. It took them a week to come out & look at my freezer. Neighbors were taking in my frozen food! They fired their repair people & now have an outside source doing their repairs. Before, the servicemen had the parts on their ttruck. NOW the serviceman comes to see what part he needs to order, THEN it is shipped to your address. THEN you have to make another appt. AND you’re lucky if they show up for the appt. Believe me, Sears will be a distant memory in another year. Too bad because a lot of people are going to be out of work.
