Just looking at them makes her sick to her stomach. That is why sauces were made.
Cook your bacon, discard most of the fat. Add some chopped garlic to the pan and cook down. Toss in your raw spinach and keep turning with tongs until it has wilted. Add butter, salt and pepper. Yum!
