Don’t take that pill Marm. The side effects are probably worse than what it is supposed to treat. On a side note, personally, I refuse to accept DEATH as a side effect; that is a reason to NEVER prescribe the meds.
I just had my physical. My cholesterol has been steady over the last ten years at around 180. My wife is pissed at me because hers is over 230 and has to change her diet while I can still eat a pint of ice cream nightly. And my doctor is worried because he thinks this isn’t normal and there must be something wrong with me.

Exactly why I won’t take med for High Cholesterol. I just lost weight and take my shaklee instead. I went for 240 to 220 and lost 10 pounds.

If a side effect happened at least one percent of the time during trials, it get listed in the official drug monograph.
