It’s the opening scene to the upcoming sequel to Noise, and that is Tim Robbins’ character wrapping his head around the idea. (“oh and did I mention it has a really loud anti-theft alarm?”)
That is one way to help drivers of auto’s notice motorcycles more, don’t get too close or you get painted.
