Cleaning gutters because of fire hazard? Out here in Oregon, people clean out the gutters because if they don’t, they will clog and the rain water will pour out all over the place – though here east of the Cascades most houses don’t have gutters because when the snow slides down the roof, it often carries the gutters away, and the facia boards as well. :)
