It is really amazing how the cartoonists continue to beat on the President while virtually ignoring the Congress who has the power to make laws and change things. I guess it is just a lot easier.
Okay so he is a bad president. So was W. We will soon have another bad president. This is just a symptom of the disease Michael.
The US has weathered bad presidents before. What we are going to have trouble weathering is the extreme right and left ideologies that are so pervasive in our society today. One would think the American voter would of learned something about extreme ideologies from WW 2 to present. Go figure.
The Senate is controlled by Republicans. They filibuster every piece of legislation, requiring 60 votes to pass, and there are fewer than 60 democrats. Ergo, the Republicans control the Senate. But you knew that.
“Don’t you mean the Senate ,controlled by the Democrats, that refuse to vote on anything passed in the House? If they did vote then they couldn’t say to the easily duped that the House republicans aren’t doing their job. Because all the bills voted on had already been through the House. We can’t have that some Democrats might vote for a jobs bill or an actual budget.Speaking of budgets, why haven’t we had one since Obama got in office? Why the continuing resolution B S?So they can invent a new libtard crisis every few months for the benefit of the short attention span voters?”-Well said. Also, Congress is not responsible for foreign policy. It is the President’s disengagement from that area of his responsibilities that I consider to be his worst failing.

But I was right; no matter how you draw it, Obama playing golf is HILARIOUS. A guaranteed hit.

Who needs Congress when you’ve got a President who only comes to Washington when he has an executive order to announce?
