I, too, feel nowhere near the middle (I usually feel around the edges first), and I think I have never seen enough vanilla extract all together in one place at one time to be awash in it (never mind the toe jam)! That may be because (according to the story that was handed down to me by my mother) an uncle of mine, when a young boy, got into the pantry, drank all the vanilla extract, and became quite drunk and sick….
