    My brother had to do the same thing when he developed diabetes. Record the volume of output and test results for sugar and ketone levels. Not exactly a page-turner, but it held his doctor’s interest and helped keep his diabetes under control.

    Curiously enough, I watched a King of the Hill rerun last night focussed around Hank’s struggle with constipation and the embarrassment attendant upon Peggy’s attempts to help, as almost everyone came to know about what he wanted to keep hidden….
