I heard about apple cider vinegar for arthritis, but for Charlie horse? I’d gladly try it if the stuff didn’t pucker my throat so much.

Why not? In days back when, the barber was also the dentist… kinda explains why the chairs seemed to be so sturdy and bulky back then just to spin a guy around for a trim!!

It’s cause by dehydration. Just need to eat a banana and take a glass of water before bedtime.

Something else that is good is: 1 Tablespoon of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in 8 oz. hot water. Stir occasionally while drinking as the cinnamon doesn’t mix well. Drink in the morning and at night just before going to bed. Continue for two weeks, then thereafter only as needed when problem arises ! Works great !

Where do you think medicines came from? They are made mostly from plant based items. Be it the flower, stem, root, etc….They have also found that honey is good for many things. As in dealing with wounds.

That’s why barber poles are red and white stripes. From the white blood soaked rags they used to leave out to dry. The barber poles were created so people would know what the shop was. Before most people could read.

My mother, born in 1918, had her badly abcessed tonsils out at the dentist’s office when she was a teenager. Without any anesthetic. Folks were darned sure tougher in those days. Mom made it to age 93.

CARAPORAM: Water, definitely, but I don’t need anything more to get acid reflux about 4:00 am.

I’m no doctor; but, I am married to a retired RN. I can say, pain is a frustrating problem, and difficult to eliminate for many folks; including Diabetic Neuropathy. I can also say, I can reduce the annoyance of most pain by intentionally not focusing on the pain!.While this does not always work, when I am bothered by pain, I try focusing on something else, like reading, working on something, washing the car, mowing the lawn (we have a service now, but I used to), watching a movie, or anything that can and will take my mind off the pain!.Try it some time, you might like it… and I won’t send you a bill!
