I’ve seen that! Some actually bring string, string!, with them to tie it on the roof. Where I worked the customer was responsible for such a tie down. I’ve never heard if they made it home.

My dad’s “friend” talked him into basically loading and delivering a huge tv from the store. He said they did not offer delivery. I pointed out they didn’t offer FREE delivery. He dropped that guy after a few more stunts like that.
