When Gocomics added an “All the way back” button, I went back and started reading all the Big Nate comics. I just caught up to the present. You’ve made an awful lot of comics, Mr. Peirce. (And they’re all great)

It is probably the new detergent that has a heavy fragrance if Nate was able to sense it when he walked into the room. Or it could all in his head.

More than likely Nate’s allergy is in his head. Blind fold him and plug up his ears. Then have Mrs. Godfrey and other people pass before him to see if he has the same reaction.

I agree, detention for sneezing would be unfair. But Mrs. G might not be happy with the fact that Nate didn’t cover his mouth when he sneezed and sprayed spit all over her skirt.
