For @Hiram Bingham, from yesterday. You missed the intent of my first comment. I was wondering why Moderate Muslims in the Us haven’t made a major protest over the extremists killing Moderates or everyone else, for that matter.

Just think what the hysteria would be like if Obama had issued as many executive orders as Bush the Elder, Reagan or Clinton.
