I’ve brought this up before, and this cartoon prompts me to bring it up again:.“National Lampoon” once printed an illustrated commentary, “If World War II Had Been Fought Like Vietnam.” Somebody should update it to, “If World War II Had Been Fought Like the Afghanistan-Iraq War.” World War Two gave us top-dog status, and the Afghan-Iraq War has greatly helped to take it away. Somewhere in Hades, bin Laden must feel an occasional cool drop of triumph from that..http://www.arrse.co.uk/community/threads/if-world-war-ii-had-been-fought-like-vietnam.199308/
Oh! Funny! Bwahhhaahaa ha haaa! You said “Faux” instead of Fox. How brilliant! Did you think of that all by your lonesome? If it wasn’t for Fox there’d be a LOT of things that the public wouldn’t know about it’s Government by way of the media. And that’s just the way Libs would’ve liked it. Libs loved it so much better when they had TOTAL control of the media and could keep more of the people low-information. THAT’S why you hate Fox, Looky…
President Obama didn’t think that Iraq was broken in 2011 when he claimed credit for the condition of Iraq. Neither did Vice President Biden, who predicted President Obama would be able to point to Iraq’s stable government as one of his greatest accomplishments.-Now that things have deteriorated, and Iraqis are being slaughtered by a group that President Obama dismissed as the “Jayvee team,” Mr. Luckovich needs to ignore the condition of Iraq as President Obama received it so that he can shift the blame onto President Bush. Sadly, this is the kind of dishonest argumentation I am beginning to expect from Mr. Luckovich.
“I promised to end the war in Iraq, and I did.”.“You know what I just find interesting is the degree to which this issue keeps coming up, as if this was my decision.”
Bush 41 broke it in ’91 and we just kept going on, blindly, and stupidly. When you never should have gone in, pulling out is long overdue the next hour, not two decades later.

Saddam was an active sponsor of terrorism, but the country was relatively stable under his regime. Just weird.

So Republicans/Fox “news” viewers believe that the invasion of Iraq was justified?-It was the right thing to do?

So, it’s your belief that the invasion of Iraq was justified? And it was the right thing to do?
