Mom always made us start “school hours” a week before school started so that we’d become accustomed to the new sleep schedule. It was OK for me though because I always liked getting up early to go fishing anyway.
When my then children was small I tried to get them geared for school schedule did not work.
I have the album, on vinyl! I’m going to play it later…
