Either she really means Lunch or they are one of the families that have Dinner/Supper super early. By 07:00 or 08:00 p.m. it is way to late to think about salvaging the balance of the day.
I’m not a morning person, breakfast in the a.m. is wasted on me. I love me some breakfast for dinner. And, I’m lucky enough to have a husband who is usually up for taking me out for pancakes!!
I often have breakfast for dinner. I don’t want to get up at 5 just to cook and clean up from a big breakfast before work (it’s only the dog and me so I can do what I want).
