There are a lot of childhood songs that either don’t make sense, or are downright mean. For example, how does a weasel pop? Who pops him or her, and why? I can see where a kid would find it funny to get a hard – boiled egg in this manner. And why cut off the tails of the three blind mice while we’re at it?
