No gym. I have my own free weights, bench and various other things here at home (including Bosu and balance balls and ankle weights filled to 2 different sizes). I WAS working out every second day but currently only about twice a week while things are so busy (showing my house).
Yes, I walk the treadmill, do the elliptical and take the Silver Sneakers class. I love it! Got prepared for all that in cardiac rehab after heart bypass surgery. Feel great these days.
