Man…why didn’t Japan think of this YEARS ago. “No monsters or robots taller than ‘x’ may enter the city.” That would have stopped so many monster movie attacks!

He must be invading and preparing to rampage Washington D.C. - where by law and stipulation no building shall exceed the 551 feet of the Washington Monument. One would think they have a black and yellow bar extending from the pyramid on the tippy tip, with a sign, “No building taller than this line”

This is like that gag from Blazing Saddles where Bart and Jim slowed down the bad guys by building a tollbooth in their path. Maybe Dad found out what Lio was planning and called the city ahead of time.
