Rita should’ve splurged a little and got the Aquaman with long hair and a hook for a hand.

Aquaman became so well known because he was co-created by Mort Weisinger. As the editor of the Superman titles for 25 years (1945 – 1970), Weisinger had the influence to see Aquaman was a backup strip in many comics until he finally got his own title. Also, it is Weisinger’s Superman many of us grew up with, not Siegel and Shuster’s. (Weisinger even has a credit as the Story Editor during the end credits of the old “Adventures of Superman” TV series.)

I would have rather she hired the “OUTRAGEOUS!” version of A-Man from Batman :The Brave and The Bold.

I like this comic strip because I feel like it’s a good alternative version to “Dilbert.” Not bad.
