Easily, Susan; with her pursed and puckered puss, a prolonged “OOOOOOOOO!!!” (as in “boo”, not as in “go”) would come naturally. If she had a leering, skull-like rictus, her howl would come out “EEEEEEEEEE!!!”, and if she had a slack-jawed, gaping maw she’d go “AAAAAAAAAAA!!!”
