From the look in Woofer’s eyes Stephen had better not make any moves on Margret during her nap.

I just got here, I’ll have what everyone else is having.

Stephan realizes he is now a majority of one, Even Lance the dog snickers evilly whenever he walks past.

Fancy stuff to spring on the temporary pug bartenders…but they have some of the little monkeys to help, and Fenton’s 278 page bar guide, and the Monkey’s 3-ring binder of notes….

Glad they could come in, what with Fenton having to take a few days off.

pcolli … if you mean what I think you mean… cooking close to, and underneath a heat source, as in a pan below the oven flames or in an electrical appliance that has heat coils inside the top…We call that “broiling.”

Which itself means something else on your side.

Ah, the pain of translating recipes

“Grilling” here means on top of the flames, usually on a grid over direct flames, such as charcoal….sometimes in a hot pan on the stove…eg a grilled cheese sandwich isn’t done on a charcoal grill.To complicate it further, in California and some other parts of the country we often call grilling outdoors over open flames “barbecuing” ..which makes denizens of places where “barbecue” is only done in a pit or a smoker yell at us.(sniffle)

It’s early hours yet here in the Midwest, so can one of the bartenders whip me up a couple of these breakfast cocktails?And a round of the bacon ones all around, as we wait to see what Woofer does about Stephen and his dubious intentions.

Im so sorry, I got Woofer confused with Lance, who lives down the street from Woofer. They look alike, except Lance is a girl and Woofer is a boy, I think. I’m so confused.I’ll have whatever that is that has bacon in it. I obviously need protein for my brain this morning.

I am finally back. Okay and none the worse for wear.Had some personal issues on the home front but what does not kill you many times just can piss you off.Sorry about Linda, time comes for us all. I do hope the internet works there as I will miss her wit.Thanks to all for the birthday wishes. All are very much appreciated.Due to security I cannot say much about the border issue or duty. You see it on the news. I felt like the Dutch boy on the dike. I could simply watch as several times 30 to 40 ran across and turned themselves in.Going to be busy over the next few months. We have to now send more nearly draining our local resources.Will be out and about. So to one and all again thanks and be safe.
