They can keep “fresh and organic”…they don’t have the charming Rover!

I don’t know Red, ‘Twins’ is a good marketing strategy.

Brian: Thanks again for all of the great strips. I’ve posted some of your Red and Rover strips over at Calvin and Hobbes yesterday and today. It seems like every time I post some of them, someone new discovers Red and Rover and signs up. You need to get the word out more about the strip — perhaps ask GoComics to advertise it?

Red needs Rover to roll over again. Fresh and organic still doesn’t beat out a soft cuddly dog waiting for a belly rub.

Twinkie’s are “fresh and organic”? Fresh from the oven maybe; but organic? I don’t think so…

I’m here because my short-sighted local newspaper made a decision to drop not only Red & Rover but Arlo & Janis. If it weren’t for the daily obits I would drop the local rag.

Happy you are, NG, to have such a good paper. I’m at GoComics because my newspaper took out two of my favorites and substituted stupid stuff. But it’s OK….what I’ve found here is INFIINITELY better than most of what they have.

Hang in there, Cul-De-Sac grows on you (like PBS – used to hate it, now I love it). I’m here at R&R because of Hobbes, too…

Criminy – such an old fashioned saying and “fresh and organic” – such a nod to Red’s future! (Meaning now). Really clever and cute!
