Sure it does…Just when you can’t watch it. Murphy’s Law, you know.

Seems our history never learns from the past.

The real joke is that he’s used this punch line before.

I prefer the That’s So Last Year Channel. 24-hour coverage of women caught wearing embarrassing, slightly-out-of-date fashions.

The more we study history the more we can view what will occur in the future - for it is constantly repeating itself due to humanity’s failure to learn from it.

If I want to see something on History Channel, I use the recorder. Whys it flashing 12:00?

Yes it does, except when you missed something you really wanted to see. Then you have to wait 3 years for it to re-air.

History is a selective interpretation of events designed to justify those currently in power. Memory is the same thing on an individual scale.

So does this cartoon. He may be referring to the previous day’s re-run of an earlier joke.
