Complains the father who didn’t give a darn some strips ago about a rusty push mower that doesn’t require gasoline.

Do it horribly enough enough times and you’ll never get asked to do it again.

So, did Peter just pull the mower out of the garage and leave it; or, did he actually mow the lawn and in his haste to get back to his worthless electronic game, forget to put it away?

Peter left the old fashion law cutter outside on purpose in hopes of a better lawnmower. Hope that works.

Everyone gives cutting the lawn a bad rap.

First, it’s a great source of summer income. When I was a kid, I used to do several people’s lawns weekly to support my summer activities. Firecrackers and Estes rocket engines cost money.

Second, it gives you time to think without distractions. You’re able to focus your thoughts without phones ringing or people hounding you to do other chores. It’s an hour of uninterrupted thought producing bliss.

As long as you don’t do it at noon, cutting the lawn is actually a relatively pleasant activity. Put in an audio book.

If you have a power mower it can be ok. If you have a manual reel mower it can be a nightmare.
