4my: killed roommates, possibly asleep(?) with weapons requiring arm’s length contact distance. Killed strangers with a gun, from 100 yards away, cowardice distance. Ran a guy down with his car, a common weapon of choice in Bosnia, and the occasional resisting arrest case our cops also see.

Reagan’s actions as Governor of California, closing mental institutions to “economize” had absolutely nothing to do with the ACLU, or any “liberal” action, it was pure economic disaster, brought about by efforts to cut taxes, period.
