Can we start by killing off the “Twilight” series?

How about the Stephen King books? Those alone have an overpopulation problem.

As a librarian, I already do this. It’s called weeding: we get rid of old and non-circulating books, to make room for the new ones. It’s all a part of collection development and maintenance. I will admit, however, to grinning maliciously when I can weed a copy of Twilight.

I just don’t trust Congress with the job of culling books.

I have a dozen or so library books given me as a kid when they were weeded— and one or two that are still overdue. Nowadays the local libraries have sales. I loves me my Kindle, but I also loves getting a good hardcover for a couple bucks.
