    @ riotta rigotta I got this off of Gardens Alive website “You bet those little critters can bite! They don’t have any kind of venom or irritating saliva (like mosquitoes, black flies, etc.), but they are just big enough for us to feel it when they pinch our skin

    The fireflies at Cades Cove in the Great Smokies National Park are famous for their synchronous light show. Hundreds of them all blinking at the same time. They are so popular you have to reserve a space with the park to get in to see them.
