    Looks to me that Adam is a Shark in his moves. .(I finally got to see West Side Story, live, a couple of years ago. This year it will be Sweeney Todd)

    As a retired owner of a successful business, I find today’s levels of customer service intolerable!Unfortunately, in spite of all the crap these POS businesses spew on TV, the internet, and in print ads regarding how they are “improving” their levels of customer service, it is mostly just hype and not reality!
