    If I have to wait that long, I’ll put the phone down where I can hear it and get on the computer.
    I have a landline so I can call customer service without wasting minutes on my Iphone.

    Put the phone on speaker, and carry on with your life until they pick up. Adam must be getting better hold music than the c*** I’m usually subjected to.

    As a retired owner of a successful business, I find today’s levels of customer service intolerable!
    Unfortunately, in spite of all the crap these POS businesses spew on TV, the internet, and in print ads regarding how they are “improving” their levels of customer service, it is mostly just hype and not reality!

    There’s a special training course they go through from the phone company. They all say the same stupid thing and you still may have to wait a heck of a long time.
