Reminds me of all the financial advice “news” stories I see. It is great advice for people who are solidly middle-class, but for us work-a-day schmoes making $12/hr if we’re lucky, it’s nonsense. There is no “leftover” money at the end of the month when you are forced to live hand-to-mouth.
