    At work once, after having been on hold for more than 30 minutes, I decided to see just how long it would actually take them to get on the line. I left the phone on speaker and went about my work. At about the 2 hour 12 minute mark, they hung up.

    I’m surprised she actually found someone who speaks.If you were to see the panel just before panel 1, she would be reading off her credit card number and expiration date first…
