REALLY!?? No comments on this? I’m loving it because I have a lifelong resentment at being, not just told, but forced into “what’s good for you” by anyone. I am not here for someone else’s agenda and have yet to see any good from anyone who does force others into their own path.

The original concept of insurance was to provide aid in the event of a loss of something. It was bet of sorts. With health insurance, you were betting with the Ins company that you wouldn’t get sick, be hurt or die in an accident. These days, the name is the same but the game has changed. A pre-existing condition eliminates the “bet” ‘cause you’ve already lost the bet and expect the insurer to pay anyway. The Socialists ignore this and the fact that the Ins companies were created to make a profit, not a guaranteed benefit at the expense of their stockholders profits. Does the health system need improvement, yes but it doesn’t need a Government monopoly.

Whenever the government tells you it’s doing something “for your own good,” RUN LIKE HELL!!!! NO ONE — ESPECIALLY the government — knows BETTER THAN YOU what is for your own good!

Obama and Reid should have put Bernie Madoff in charge of health care in the very beginning and you wouldn’t have had any of the sign-on problems and maybe only heard a fraction of the complaints.
