It’s heartening (in more than one sense) that the word is getting out, finally. Oh, not that I expect any immediate turnaround in attitudes when conventional ‘wisdom’ is being debunked; the programming runs too deep for many to relinquish their fat phobia without resistance. But I look forward to the day when saturated fat (and fat in general) is no longer greeted with knee-jerk fear and loathing.
