OK,, sorry Jeff, but there are no “nimbus” clouds in sight. Nimbus means rain…..What you’ve drawn are posibly cumulous clouds, with some stratocumulous ones thrown in…. No rain in sight….

The Other Coast is also cloud gazing today. But two dogs instead of the one greyhound watching with these two.

Frazz could be seen as boasting in that the “happy-humble” figure represents himself. The truly humble never call themselves humble.

I will never forget the sweet autumn day we saw the entire circus train of animals traveling across the still blue sky in the light puffy clouds. The parade lasted quite awhile and we were sad when it ended. What a special treat. God is pretty fantastic.

Night-Gaunt49: Nimbostratus is a rain cloud; cumulonimbus is a thunderhead, often topped with a pseudocirrus, aka anvil top, and produces far more than rain: hail, tornadoes, downdrafts, microbursts that can knock a trailer over (in which case it is called a tornado even if there is no circular movement), etc.

Night-Gaunt, nimbostratus clouds are the most common rain clouds, usually in warm fronts, causing all day rains… Cumulonimbus clouds are generally thunderstorms and move on quickly…

There are times where I’ve felt bigpuma draws a long bow to link a Frazz strip back to his perpetual point. Other times Jef hands it to him on a plate. This one was certainly the latter.
