Crispy bacon sucks. You need the bacon to be juicy to get the full flavour.
If the demand is MUCH bigger than you expected when you advertised “All-You-Can-Eat Bacon,” serving crispy (i.e., overcooked) bacon will put a SOMETHING of a damper on their appetites. But, after all, it’s still bacon!
I’m with the “doesn’t shatter when you stick it with a fork” crowd. Although crispy is good on a salad; it stands up to dressing.

I love crunchy food, that’s why I like certain vegetables raw.
I’m on the side of the “Just Crispy Edge” bacon crowd. Great on cheeseburgers, and the grilling weather here is quickly approaching!
