I’m thinking you need sleep Simon…Paulsen had to survive the nomination process so Bush chose a Lefty. And I expect Democrats will continue to make excuses like you have made in order to “explain” why they cant get their agenda through. I’m also thinking it will be at least two years before they risk exercising the “nuclear option” and then only if they can sew up their majority better.
